Description
  • Please note: remote control must be purchased separately.
  • Electrically operated pivot roof windows equipped with the Z-Wave system as standard.
  • Integrated window control mechanism (actuator and power supply) is situated under an aesthetic aluminium cover fitted in the lower part of the frame.
  • Actuator with a reach of 24 cm makes it possible to open and close the sash.
  • Built-in ZRD rain sensor automatically initiates the sash closing function when the first rain drops appear.
  • Manufactured in specially prepared pine and vacuum impregnated.
  • FTU-V Z-Wave coated with three layers of polyurethane lacquer to form perfectly smooth and durable surface of the window profiles which is homogeneous without a trace of wood grains. Cover in white colour.
  • Turning the handle through 90° results in disconnecting the actuator from the sash in case of power failure or when the external pane requires cleaning.
  • Hinge in the middle of the window enables the sash to be rotated and left open.
  • The sash can be rotated through 180Åã and locked allowing safe and easy cleaning of the outer pane.
  • Increased operational safety and burglary resistance – topSafe system.
  • ThermoPro technology – the solutions introduced ensure improved quality and parameters of roof windows, thus increasing their energy-efficiency performance, providing greater durability, ensuring excellent tightness and facilitating the installation process.

All measurements are displayed width x length on RW4Y and it is important that you leave a 10mm gap all the way around the window when fitting – this is for things like flashing and insulation. For example, if you had a 78x98cm window, the opening would need to be 80x100cm. Watch the video to find out the things you need to know before choosing a roof window.

P2 is our most popular glazing option as it offers good insulation for habitable rooms whilst also having an anti-burglary class of laminate and a U-value of 1.3W/m²K. Glass construction from outside to inside = 4H-Tg15Ar-33.2T: • 4mm toughened glass outer pane • 15mm warm TGI spacer filled with inert Argon gas • 6.8mm internal pane is an anti-burglary class of laminate 33.2 (class P2A, EN 356,1(B)1 wg EN 12600), complete with a low emission coating.
