  • Please note: remote control must be purchased separately
  • Electrically operated flat roof window
  • 0,92 W/m²K window U-value
  • 1,1 W/m²L glazing U-value
  • 4H – Tg14Ar – 33.2T + 6H glazing unit Argon inert gas filled panes + internal glass laminated, anti-burglary glass P2A Class 4 air leakage [cfm/ft2]
  • With patent-pending rainwater drainage system from the window surface allowing installation in a roof pitch of 2-15 degrees
  • An actuator which is situated within the window sash and is protected from adverse weather conditions
  • Rain sensor which automatically closes the sash when raining
  • Complete with 150mm insulated Kerb Upstand

Glazing actually refers to the glass itself that is installed within the frame. P2 is our most popular glazing option as it offers good insulation for habitable rooms whilst also having an anti-burglary class of laminate and a U-value of 1.3W/m²K.
