What do I do if I'm not satisfied with either my refund or the return of goods to Fakro GB?

If you are dissatisfied with anything during either the original delivery period, or if you've applied for a refund and are dissatisfied with the processes of Fakro GB, please get in touch as soon as possible. Fakro GB takes customer service issues very seriously and we're on hand to help.
