Role overview

FAKRO GB require a talented, committed and hardworking Digital Lead Generator to join their busy and growing team at their head office in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire. This is a newly created and key appointment to develop and expand leads to the business from Digital Channels, to support the Digital and Sales teams and to help grow the business nationwide.

About the role

To generate new leads for the business, nurture warm leads to completion and to develop cold leads both online and through other Marketing activities.

FAKRO GB require a talented, committed and hardworking Digital Lead Generator to join their busy team. The role is to effectively chase, organise and fulfil sales leads through to completion online, to develop and support the business with Digital Marketing communications and to support the wider business in growing its brands.

Day to day activities include:
  • To assist the business in achieving its ambitious targets.
  • Monitoring email communications, responding when required, and nurturing lost leads to completion.
  • Proactively developing online leads from initial communication through to completion.
  • To liaise closely with the internal sales team in developing reliable and accurate data supporting Digital Marketing communications.
  • Live reliable customer communications through online live chat functionality.
  • Live reliable customer telephone communications.
  • Additional customer communications and lead nurturing through online portals and social media platforms.
  • Assisting customers by advising and building custom baskets online, and monitoring their progress to completion.
  • Assisting FAKRO GB external sales and specification teams in digital communications and orders.
  • Database development, growth, security and GDPR compliance.
  • Assistance with daily office activities supporting the Sales team if required.

Required Experience and skills
  • Experienced with database management – EXCEL.
  • Experienced in online communications.
  • Excellent and confident B2C and B2B telephone manner.
  • Excellent keyboard skills.
  • Experience in reporting at all levels.
Desired Experience and skills
  • E-commerce management.
  • Email marketing experience.
  • Live chat experience.
  • Construction industry or trade merchant communication experience an advantage.
  • Telesales experience an advantage but not essential.

Working Hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Holidays: 21 days per annum (days to be kept back for Christmas period)

Uniform: Provided. Dress down Fridays (unless uniform is required for meetings etc)
