FAKRO Folding Wooden Loft Ladder with Unfolding Support Mechanism (LWL Extra)

FAKRO’s LWL Extra loft ladder has been designed to offer increased insulation and safety features. It also has additional features to increase comfort and ease of use.

Increased energy efficiency – This ladder benefits from a double system of seals to guarantee perfect tightness, an insulation thickness of 5cm, and a hatch thickness of 5.6cm. This gives it a U value of 0.74W/m²K .

Improved safety and comfort of use – The LWL loft ladder has been equipped with an extra handrail to improve safety and comfort of use. The loft ladder also has a gas-assisted spring to make folding and unfolding easier.

• Minimum ceiling height requirements for 280cm:
  – 260cm for a 3 section loft ladder
• Minimum ceiling height requirements for 305cm:
  – 260cm for a 3 section loft ladder
• The FAKRO LWL Extra has superseded to LWL Lux loft ladder.
• The FAKRO LWL Extra is equipped with an additional handrail in the middle folding section and a special gas-assisted spring mechanism.
• With its additional handrail, the levels of comfort and ease of use increase.
• The gas-assisted spring makes folding and unfolding far easier.
• The ladder comes complete with stile ends, a white hatch, double peripheral seal, a handrail and non-slip treads with additional depth.
