How do I request a refund for returned items?


If you would like to return your items, you need to email [email protected] with your order number and they will provide you with a service number. Items cannot be returned without this number.

Once the return of goods has been authorised and agreed by Fakro GB, and the items have been returned to Fakro GB Head Office a refund will be issued to the original point of sale within 14 days of approval. Fakro GB cannot be held responsible for the time between the refund being applied and the funds clearing the customer's account, this is the responsibility of the customers bank.

When a refund has been applied by Fakro GB, the customer will receive notice via email.
